Workshop on
Formulating Policy for Effective Interest Rate of Microcredit
 A workshop on formulating policy for effective interest rate of Microcredit was held in CIRDAP Auditorium on 04 August 2010. Dr. Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad, Chairman, PKSF presided over the workshop and Dr. Atiur Rahman, Governor, Bangladesh Bank and Chairman, Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) attended the workshop as chief guest. Experts of Microcredit sector participated in the workshop as special guests. Mr. Khandakar Muzharul Haque, Executive Vice Chairman, MRA, inaugurated the workshop and Professor Dr. M. Baki Khalili, Department of Finance, Dhaka University, played the role of moderator.

A paper was presented by Ms Lila Rashid, Director, MRA as the Coordinator of the Committee on service charge.
